Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ceian & Co. We appreciate your trust and strive to provide quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items

Items such as undergarments, customized or personalized clothing, and items on sale are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at ceianandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with the details.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
